White Glove Service

The joys of owning a piano are limitless, and we care about our customer’s satisfaction as much after the sale as before. Stop by our store and experience the “white glove service” you deserve.  From the buying process to full warranty protection, certified maintenance and delivery, we promise honest and trustworthy service with attention to every single detail.

Player Systems installed on your piano!

Imagine your piano played by Rachmaninoff, Horowitz or Rubinstein — some of the greatest artists the world has known. Imagine it playing Broadway show tunes, classical, jazz improvisations or ragtime—all your favorite music. Enjoy live music during dinner for two or for a houseful of company.  Our PianoDisc and QRS player systems can be added to pianos of virtually any size, style or make, turning them into modern player pianos.  Whether you have a grand piano or an upright, a new piano or used, we have a system for you.  Have your piano played by the original artists—lifelike, full of expression and musical, not mechanical. These are 21st century player systems, not the player pianos of old.  Call us for more information 561-748-0036.

Care & Maintenance

Protect your investment with regular maintenance so that you and your family will get the most enjoyment out of your piano.  There are 3 basic steps in maintaining your piano:  Tuning, voicing, and regulation.

Tuning is the adjustment of the piano’s strings to bring it to the proper pitch. Regular tunings will help students develop proper ear training, improve the sound quality of your piano, and protect your investment.  We recommend getting your piano tuned at least 1-2 times a year or as needed.

Voicing is the adjustment of the piano’s tone or sound which can be done by softening or hardening the hammers and adjusting various parts of the keyboard mechanism. Overtime, hammers can become compact due to the constant impact with the strings which can result in a change of timbre.

Regulation is the adjustment of the action mechanism which improves the touch of the piano. Periodically, your piano action will require an adjustment to compensate for any changes due to the normal wear and compacting of material.

Kretzer Piano takes great pride in offering the best piano technical service available. We believe that service is as important to our customers as the selection of the perfect instrument. We service every piano we sell. From the entry level to the concert grand piano, you are guaranteed customer care which will exceed your every expectation.
